Addie Donley

As a founder of Beyond the City, Addie is a passionate community advocate and a dedicated champion of youth. With a steadfast commitment to empowering those in need of support, resources or encouragement, Addie spends her time tirelessly creating positive change and working to break down systematic barriers faced by BIPOC youth. 

Addie actively volunteers as a Parent Action Leader for City High Middle, she is a board member of Grandville Avenue Arts and Humanities, and is a founding member of Camp ARYV. In these roles, she is able to recognize early on the challenges faced by young people in our community and is motivated by a deep sense of justice addressing these issues and ensuring that every young person has equitable opportunities to succeed.

In addition to her commitment to youth, Addie spends her time engaging with local organizations, connecting with leaders, and collaborating with fellow change-makers to design and implement initiatives for the betterment of all. 

Having a deep rooted love for travel and being in nature, Addie spends a considerable amount of time traveling the country from coast to coast, exploring cultures, communities and creating memories with her daughter.
