Beyond the City is in the process of finalizing our 2026 destinations. Locations will include trips in and outside of Michigan. From cross country destinations to camping and college tours, we encourage teens to step outside their comfort zone and into new exciting experiences.

Applicants moving to the second round will be required to complete a virtual interview.
Once interviews are completed, each youth will be notified via email on if they have been selected to participate in a 2026 program.

Eligibility:
Youth must be within the age range of 13 - 18 (if 18, must still be in high school)
Have an address within the Greater Grand Rapids area
Geared towards youth who have not had many opportunities to travel
