Janine Thomas

Specializing in business development and operations, Janine is a creative strategist embracing “the tech” to find innovative ways to strengthen businesses and build community.

She founded Three 19 Collective, a consulting and services firm of remote specialists who provide crucial strategic support to clients. With a specialization in the creative sector, Janine is the Director of Operations for Brush with the Best and celebrity hairstylist Felicia Leatherwood.

Her community advocacy efforts have included co-founding Beyond the City and championing the increase of opportunities for the BIPOC community to engage in policy development and legislative advocacy. Finally, she served as Vice President of Slauson Ventures, a national team of creatives and entrepreneurs who mentor young Black entrepreneurs. Her advocacy for both entrepreneurship and community is deeply rooted in her passion to help move the Black and BIPOC communities forward.
